Nice ambience, friendly, nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, customer loyalty is not important here. We waited half an hour for free seats in the restaurant and have now had a drink outside and already ordered food. When the promised places became vacant, they were filled with a family who happened to come. Sorry no. We felt fooled and decided not to eat.

It's a small, cozy restaurant with Spreewald cuisine! Very nice waitress and good service! We were there with a small child and the food was on the table very quickly! Perfect! I can only recommend it and will be back next time! :-)

Bad food, terribly rude service (short blonde hair, middle aged), better go somewhere else to spend your money. This is tourist rip-off and guests are frightened at its finest!

Fresh fish with mustard was fantastic

Wanted apple strudel, this one was so underwhelming. Not crispy, not warm enough.

Unfortunately, we cannot give zero stars - but I am still waiting for contact with one of the, admittedly, numerous existing employees! However, they still stand behind the counter, chatting nicely, and do not consider it urgently necessary to get in touch with me or my partner - even after eye contact.

We have been there for the second time and can only recommend it! A super nice and brisk service, which for me personally is a huge figurehead! The food is super fresh and delicious ? Sitting outside in summer is not a problem and is extremely comfortable! ? We'd love to come back next year!

We visited the place twice as I wanted the same as my husband got the first night where he got pork with strong .. Very strong taste of horseradish. Mine was unfortunately not near as strong, but it all tasted good. It takes a long time before the food arrives (2nd night a full hour) but it is still worth the wait. There is a small front garden where you can sit outdoors and eat, but as is the case in so many other places (all over the world) it is uncomfortable to sit outside even in bad weather, as there is heavy smoking almost constantly. Even as we sat inside we were bothered by smoke penetrating the room.

We had made a reservation in the restaurant promptly. An extra announcement that we will have a dog with us was clear. We got there a little earlier and asked if there was already a place for us. We were received in an unbelievably unfriendly manner and evidently turned away very strongly. Not noticed. We decided to wait anyway and have an aperitif beforehand. We sat inside and saw straight away that the staff immediately "blasphemed" about us, even though we hadn't done anything. We were not served in the first 10 minutes but ignored. A star would even be an exaggeration here. No service no matter how the load is. Sad!

Quite expensive and food is average.

Were very satisfied ... Fast and friendly service. Food was great. Always my pleasure.

We have reserved a table. When we arrived in the restaurant on time, there was no table available for us. When we asked, they were very rude to us. Last but not least, we also noticed how the waitresses behind the counter spoke badly about us. So you really don't feel welcome!

Food was good, service was friendly, ambience really good ... but if I spend just under € 7 for 0.75 Lichtenau mineral water, then I would actually have to assign 0 stars. For me that is absolutely out of proportion and I feel as if I would like to pull the money out of my pocket as a tourist. That leaves a negative memory.

June 2020. Well attended, very nice restaurant with an outdoor area. Reservation cannot hurt. The food was really good, the service quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

The food here was delicious and the waiting time was very short. However, it gave us the overall impression that they wanted to "work through" our visit quickly, which was also noted in the operation. The prices are a bit more expensive, but still reasonable for the good food.

Nice restaurant, service with Berlin charm ;-), but okay, food was delicious. Have another restaurant tried a day later, because of the variety, that was a mistake. You should stay where it is good.

If someone wants something good bourgeois / regional food, this is right. Just delicious and the price is totally ok. I can only recommend, very delicious

So, for Spreewald conditions, there was very friendly and competent service. The kids portion was huge, otherwise good value for money. In addition: Professional complaint management, my horseradish schnitzel were a bit too salty, after the return came new Schnitzel, which unfortunately were not quite through. After returning again then came the perfect horseradish schnitzel in which, as expected, the horseradish pleasantly pulled through my nose and tears came easily. So you can eat well and is a must for the Spreewald. The trout fillet was well prepared and very tasty. The portion of cream quark with boiled potatoes was fresh and absolutely sufficient.

Very friendly staff, the food tasted very good and the ambience was very nice.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, good price. Would’ve given 5 stars if they’d put a bit less horseradish on the meat...
